O'Hare TPAP #32 - Lower Concourse C Extension BID PACKAGE NO.: TPAP-TP-32 PROJECT NO.: TAP105.19-00, H6224.19-00, TAP102.19-00, 220268, 220166 The Work consists of furnishing all means, methods, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and services for performing the General Work, Civil Work, Structural Work, Architectural Work, Landscaping Work and Electrical Work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Technical Specifications, including all appurtenant work and accessories, to the complete satisfaction of, approval and acceptance by the City. This includes, but not limited to Scope of work includes site demolition of apron pavements, fuel lines (by others), 12" water main, and CED ductbanks. Installation of an earth retention system and various utilities including approximately 900 LF of 108" RCP storm jack and bored, 12" sanitary, 12" water, 12" fuel main (by others), 12" natural gas (by others), and 9-way CECO ductbank. Manholes, handholes, and junction chambers will be required to support the utility systems. The scope also includes grading of the existing island infills, installation of PCCP and asphalt apron paving for the temporary gates, and the associated passenger boarding bridge foundations. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
