Authority, Chicago, IL, requesting emailed proposals from contractors interested in providing labor and material for the Scoreboard Control Room Upgrades Phase V This multi-year project concentrates on replacing the Switcher and Cameras. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all qualification or waive any informality at its discretion. Scope of the Work. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, scaffolding, transportation, superintendence, coordination, insurance as applicable, taxes, permits, weather protection, bonds and all other services, facilities and items (collectively, the "Work") necessary for the performance of the Project (as described in the relevant Scope of Work in Exhibit I), whether specified herein or not, which are necessary or appropriate, for the full, proper and timely performance and completion of the obligations described in the Contract (including the schedules attached thereto) for such portion, the drawings prepared by the Architect/Engineer and available separately as Exhibit F (the "Technical Specifications"), the Procedures Manual for Contractors prepared by the Consultant, available separately as Exhibit G (the "Procedures Manual for Contractors"), the Purchase Requisition attached hereto as Exhibit H, and the Completion Dates and Milestone Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit I (collectively, Exhibits E, F, G, H, and I are the "Contract Documents"). The Work includes all materials, labor and equipment necessary or appropriate for the Contractor to complete the Project or which is reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents.
