PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work provides for the replacement of the existing storm water pumps, storm and sanitary and domestic distribution piping within the building and general trade work. The Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond covering the faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder, in accordance with the Public Construction Bond Act (30 ILCS 550). Each bond shall be in the full amount of the contract on forms provided by CDB and executed by a surety acceptable to CDB. Single Prime Delivery Method Projects.
