Site work for a medical facility in Neepawa, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility.

Scope Sections included: Surveying, Testing Services, Site Topsoil Removal, and Access Roads. The project consists of the replacement of the existing time expired Neepawa Hospital with a new 179,916 sf facility built on a new greenfield site in the town of Neepawa, approximately 60 inpatient beds intended to consolidate care services for Neepawa and the surrounding communities. The new enhanced district hub will also address increased need for specialty programs including chemotherapy, renal dialysis, surgery, obstetrics, bariatric and chronic care. The new Neepawa Health Centre (NHC) will also accommodate space for an expanded emergency department, an ambulatory care clinic, ORs and procedure rooms, medical device reprocessing (MDR), pharmacy, diagnostic services, cafeteria and food services, laundry, public amenity spaces and staff support spaces. Project Mobilization is planned for early November 2022 and foundations scope is expected to begin January 2023. Project completion is currently targeted May 26, 2025. *The project represents an investment of at least $127 million.
