Attention : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would lead to the tender being restrictive or conditional. The content of these forms has been incorporated into the Instructions to Tenderers and declarations are now made by signing the Tender Form. Additional signature spaces have been added to the Submission Form to allow the signature of each member of a non-legally organized consortium when the latter has not identified a member, by proxy, to sign as the representative of the consortium. Recommendation for submission of tenders electronically In order to preserve the health of the personnel of its organization, the Company is implementing preventive measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through the electronic bidding system. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders make their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions . Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company that has obtained the contractual documents and does not submit a bid undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and send it to the Company at the address of following email: infosoumissionMAPAQ@sqi.gouv.qc.ca . CONTRACT LENGTH The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of three snow removal seasons, starting from the fall of the first snow. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No tender guarantee is required. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years. TERMS Only bids submitted by bidders who meet the following condition will be considered: have in Quebec, or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal business hours;
VISITING PLACES No site visit is planned. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints filed with the Societe under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date . and the deadline for receipt of tenders . If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
