A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Rehab Interior Library - Learning Common project at the State University of New York at Fredonia. This project is for a partial interior renovation of the Library at Fredonia. The renovations will create learning laboratories, and meeting spaces that fosters innovation and experimentation to provide a research service point where faculty librarians will provide consultation and support to serve students. The renovation will upgrade finishes, lighting, improve accessibility, and provide data and power study stations for library users. SOQs must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund. Required electronic copies of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) must be received by the due date and time specified in the RFQ.
