Renovation of a municipal facility in Neosho, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Existing heat pump condensers and air handlers to be removed and disposed of per EPA regulations. Refrigerant will be properly recovered and processed per EPA regulations. New condensers to be installed in existing locations, copper line sets are to be pressure tested prior to new systems being installed then flushed with RX11. Suction lines to include new Armaflex insulation. All electrical connections to be replaced from disconnect to new condensers. Air handlers to be installed in existing positions retrofitting to existing duct. Safety drain pans will be installed for each air handler and condensate safety switches to be installed in line and in safety pan. New programmable thermostats to be installed for each system. Upon completion of installation contractor will perform air balance test and submit report with all finding. Balancing of system to be performed at time of testing. The City of Neosho retains the right to refuse any or bids for this work. Anyone working within the City of Neosho, should be licensed with the City of Neosho.
