Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Neosho, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction Specifications for a dog park in Scenic Park, Neosho, Missouri. There will be two fenced-in areas. One for small dogs and one for larger dogs. The first dog holding pen area is 65 feet by 65 feet. There will be an interior staging pen 12 feet by 12 feet. The new fence will be a 4-feethigh chain link fence. Total length of new fence to be built is 284 feet. (1) 2 - four feet wide walk-through gates (2) 1 - twelve-feet-wide access gate (3) 1 - Water bottle filling station with a dog water station on the bottom; set on a 4 x 4 concrete pad on the outside of the pen (4) 2 - dog features (5)1 - doggie do station (6) 2 - 6 ft metal sitting benches Dog pen area #2- Two sides of this dog pen area will utilize the existing park boundary fence. The other two sides must be constructed. North side will need 125 feet of fence and on the east side 90 feet. There will be an interior staging pen 20 feet by 20 feet. The new fence will be a 4-feet-high chain link fence. Total length of new fence to be built is 255 feet. (1) 2-four feet wide walk-through gates (2) 1-twelve-feet wide access gate (3) 3 - Dog features (4) 1 - Doggie Doo station (5) 2 - 6 ft metal sitting benches Bid is to include all labor and materials to construct this dog park. Construction must be completed by January 31, 2023.
