Renovation of a fire / police facility in Belton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Belton, Missouri is accepting bids for replacement of one (1) HVAC unit located at the Belton Police Department, 7001 E. 163rd Street, Belton, MO. 64012. All questions should be directed to Jim Swenson at 816-348-4472 or jswenson@beltonpd.org. The City of Belton reserves the right to reject any or all bids not deemed acceptable. Remove and haul away one (1) existing 15-ton York roof top unit. Furnish and install one 15-ton roof top unit. Provide rigging as required for the project. Provide materials to re-connect gas piping and electrical for required project. Perform startup and return unit to normal operations. Provide startup report. The unit should be comparable to the existing unit. Rework curb and ductwork for the new unit and supply curb adapter if required. Must be City licensed and insured. Permits and inspections required.
