This project consists of curb and ADA ramps in areas from the first two years of the City's repaving plan. Areas of improved streets have been inspected to determine areas where curb needs replaced due to disrepair and not properly draining. A full list of streets where curb and ramps need replaced has been provided as a part of this document, along with several maps redlining curb that needs removed and replaced. A late Proposal Pacet is one received after 10:00 a.m., local time, at the time and place of the opening as stated. The decision as to the correct time for the openings shall be made by the Public Works Director of the City of Belton and that decision shall be final. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be returned unopened. It shall be the responsibility of those submitting a proposal to assure themselves that their proposal has been received by the City of Belton.
