The City of Belton is seeking proposals for an annual street preservation program that has renewal options for consecutive years if agreeable by both the City and the Contractor. The FY 2023 Street Preservation Program has an estimated 175,000 square yards of asphalt and shall require the Contractor to make subgrade repairs in areas where subgrade has failed. The decision as to the correct time for the openings shall be made by the Public Works Director of the City of Belton and that decision shall be final. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will be returned unopened. It shall be the responsibility of those submitting a proposal to assure themselves that their proposal has been received by the City of Belton.
