Renovation of a municipal facility in Neosho, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner David Osborn at 417-451-8223 The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids 1. Work to be performed will include the removal of existing roof and or gravel. Contractor will power wash and clean all dirt and remove debrisfrom all roofsurface areas. 2. Apply tack seam tape on all laps. 3. Roof coating required is 100% silicone or liquid rubber coating thatis designed as a protective coating that can seal and protect underthe most extreme conditions includingpermanent ponding. 4. Require two coats of top grade silicone orliquid rubber coating. 5. Material must have an extended warranty, 30 years or longer. 6. Estimated roof area: 8,000 square feet. 7. Contractor willremove and re-install old and existing gutters, downspouts,scuppers, or roof drains once project is complete. Bid to include new installation of gutters, downspouts,scuppers, orroof drainsif found necessary during the walkthrough. 8. Compliance with PrevailingWage Law per Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations applies.(Ref. 290.210 to 290.340, RSMo.) 9. Bid must include removal of old roofingmaterials and site clean-up. 10. If required, vendormust be able to performwork after normal business hours or on the weekend.
