The City of Fort Morgan is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from consulting firms (Respondents) qualified and experienced in the field of airport engineering services to provide airport engineering services for the Fort Morgan Municipal Airport. If emailed, send to: cfm.bid@cityoffortmorgan.com. All requests for clarification of additional information deemed necessary must be presented in writing and addressed to Brent Nation. Requests may be sent by Email or by postal service to the address listed above. The cutoff date and time for written requests is Friday, October 28, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. It is the responsibility of prospective Respondents to contact Brent Nation at (970) 542-3972, to verify receipts of requests. Based upon such inquiries, the City may choose to issue an Addendum that would be added to this website information page. It shall be the responsibility of the Respondent to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted. The selection process will be in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, Architectural, Engineering and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects, and 2 CFR 200. Following the selection process, the proposal for the selected Respondent shall be made available for public review, except for any items that Respondent has requested, in writing, to remain confidential under applicable law. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
