Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of August 6 2024 this project has no award yet but there is an apparent low. Project consist several structures including a 22,664 sqft Transfer Station Building, scale house, compost facility, Household Hazardous waste facility, and a office building. The above-referenced Contract Documents shall be amended as indicated in detail below. One signed copy of the Certification page shall be included with the bid. The inclusion of this Addendum will be noted in the Agreement, and the execution of the Contract shall indicate full acceptance by all parties of the provisions contained herein. All other provisions of the Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents not noted in the Addendum shall remain unchanged and in full effect. This Addendum shall be attached to and become a part of the Plans and Specifications for the project.
