Mallard Meadows Electrical Distribution Installation All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in a cashiers check or surety Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. This work includes, but is not, limited to, the installation of underground primary and secondary cable and supporting equipment in an existing duct and vault system and tying in the new underground facilities to the City s existing underground primary distribution system. The project site is located to the east of Bui] Rd. in Ellensburg, Washington.
