Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This solicitation includes removing an old block building, a dilapidated house, and associated infrastructure (septic tank, pump house, and piping). Additionally, the contractor selected will remove approximately 20 invasive willow trees surrounding the house and haul away all organic debris. The anticipated execution of the contract is in May 2023, and demolition can start as soon as all permits are acquired, and the ground is stable enough to prevent excessive damage. The contract obligation and term of the contract will extend through December 2023. Please contact me with any questions regarding the attached request.
