Question Deadline 10/10/2022 at 4:00 PM ET Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted electronically. The Project involves work as indicated on the Construction Plans in College, Harris and Patton Townships, and State College Borough in Centre County, PA. All materials shall meet or exceed requirements of Specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Publication 408 and Publication 72M. The Contractor is responsible for the maintenance of traffic control during the Project. PennDOT pre-qualification is necessary for this project. The work under this Project is subject to prevailing wage in accordance with requirements of the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Each bid must be accompanied by a 10% bid surety in the form of a bond or certified check payable to Patton Township, and be guaranteed for 90 days. A performance bond of 100% of the project cost will be required of the successful bidder.
