Roxbury Prep is seeking Subcontractors for the proposed construction of a new 85,000 square foot High School in Rox bury, MA. Firms interested in this Project must submit a Request for Qualification(RFQ) Interest Form bye-mail to tb@dbi-projects.com no later than October 7, 2022. Respondents must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAMM) and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility with their RFQ Interest Form. This RFQ is the first part of a two-step process as provided in M.G.L. c. 149 A, Section 8.Based on the SOQs received,a Pre-Qualification Committee will select respondents it deems to be pre-qualified in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFQ. The pre qualified respondents will be invited to submit proposals in response to a Request for Proposals, which is step two of the two-step process.
