Renovation of a library in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library.
The BPL is soliciting quotes to repair the front wall of the Boston Public Library Mattapan Branch at 1350 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA 02126. The following project scope of work is an overview, and it shall be field verified in its entirety. Scope of work : 1. Repair Front Wall Remove damaged stone and mortar. Repair any damaged AVB and insulation behind the stone. Submit shop drawings of stone and product data for associated products to Quarra Stone. New stone will be supplied, cost of stone should be excluded from the wall repair quote. Reinstall new stone/mortar. BPL and William Rawn Associates, Architects, Inc. to review for quality installation. Vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits. In addition to pricing, please provide a descriptive proposal for the project with estimated timeline so it is clear you understand the scope of the project. Deadline for Request for Information Questions: 12:00 PM, Tuesday, October 12, 2022, so answers can be posted to the COB Supplier Portal.
