**As of November 02 ,2022, project was not awarded, no information for rebid.** Replace One Rooftop/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (RTU) at Blaine City Hall Cost estimate for this project is $80k-$120k. City of Blaine is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, reliable vendors to replace one rooftop/ventilation/air conditioning (RTU) at Blaine City Hall, 435 Martin Street, Blaine Washington, 98230. The successful vendor will be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing RTU, provide and install the new RTU and include all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities, and accept any submittals if such action is determined to be in the best interest of Blaine. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
