Community Living Toronto provides services for people with intellectual disablities. Our properties list in this bid includes group homes and some offices. This contract specification contains Snow and Landscape Maintenance and Community Living Toronto's expectations. Site plans in PDF format accompanying this specification are provided for additional clarity and planning they are colour coded to identify service areas for both seasons. A list of sites with addresses is also included it has been divided into nine (9) groups for bidding purposes. Community Living reserves the right to award contracts based on one or more groups per contractor. You will see two RFP documents, one for Snow and one for Landscaping. If you are not responding for one season please send the Bid Form in for that season and leave it blank.
