PROJECT NO: W1494-081 The work consists of demolishing 3 existing pneumatic ejector sewer pump stations and ancillary equipment; installing approximately 60 linear feet of 4-inch PVC of gravity sewer, 3 grinder pump stations, installing approximately 720 linear feet of 1- 3/4 -inch HDPE low pressure sewer through existing force mains and open cut methods, 2 low pressure sewer terminal cleanout manholes; installing 3 yard hydrants; installing all associated electrical equipment including but not limited to: circuit breakers, utility meters, generator receptacles, manual transfer switches, pump control panels, mission control panels, panelboards, and all electrical conduit; restoring site features including but not limited to: bollards, shrubs, loam and seed, bituminous driveways and bump outs, and bituminous berm. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive as amended. In accordance with Section 44D of Chapter 149 of the General Laws of Massachusetts as amended, the prospective General Bidders and Filed Sub-Bidders must submit with their Bid, a certificate of eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), showing that the Bidder has been approved to bid on projects of the size and nature as advertised herein. Prospective General Bidders and Filed Sub-Bidders must also submit an updated statement summarizing their record for the period between the latest DCAMM certificate and the date of the Bid submittal.
