Site work for a municipal facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Legislative Assembly of British Columbia ("Legislative Assembly" or "Owner") wishes to retain the services of a general contractor ("Contractor") to build two (2) external emergency exit stairs on the south side of the BC Parliament Building. Each emergency exit stair will service each floor from the basement to the third floor of the building (four floors each side) and will be anchored by a concrete pedestal below the ground in addition to seismic rated aSubmit an electronic Submission using nchors to the existing building walls. Award amount was not released for publication.
