The Department of Administrative Services requests Bids to secure construction services for the South Slough Reserve Restroom Renovation located at 61907 Seven Devils Rd. Charleston, OR 97420. The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes: $150,000 to $200,000. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE EVALUATED FROM BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WHO ATTENDED AND SIGNED IN TO THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE, AND ALL OTHER OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. This contract is for a Public Improvement subject to ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870.
