Tualatin Valley Water District (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide on-call concrete delivery for prevailing wage projects in the District's service area in and around Washington County, Oregon, under a one-year contract that can be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods. District intends to select two contractors but reserves the option to award a single contract or multiple contracts. Interested contractors must submit proposals. Proposers need not be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Proposers need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). Proposers will be notified via email when addenda are published. It is the responsibility of the proposer to obtain all addenda. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email. The District reserves the right to cancel this RFP, reject any and all proposals not in compliance with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including proposer responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the Districts's finding that it is in the District's or the public's best interest to do so. The District reserves the right to waive informalities and to negotiate a contract with the highest scoring proposer. Proposers will be responsible for all costs associated with preparing a proposal.
