Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA) is accepting electronic bids for the project, Demolition of Multiple Commercial Building Structures - Canyon Road - Beaverdam Road - Broadway Street (Sign) - Add/Alternate: Center Street. The project consists of demolition and associated site work for buildings at 12625 SW Canyon Road, 12975 SW Beaverdam Road, 12255 SW Broadway Street and 12570 SW Center Street. The project cost is approximately between $ 100,000 and $ 150,000. The Add/Alternate portion is expected to be an additional $100,000 to $150,000. The contract expected to be awarded in connection with this solicitation is subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 and/or the federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). No Bid will be received or considered by BURA unless the Bid contains a statement by the Bidder that "Bidder agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148."
