Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project generally consists of the removal and installation of 217 L.F of HERCP storm piping of various sizes, 33 L.F of 12aEUR SLCPP storm pipe, five inlets, one endwall, regrading, curb and sidewalk replacement, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Owner:CALN TOWNSHIP 253 Municipal Drive Thorndale, PA 19372 Engineer:ARRO CONSULTING, INC. 108 W. Airport Road Lititz, PA 17543 Questions will be accepted through the PennBid portal until 4:00 PM, Thursday,October 20, 2022.; All questions must be submitted through portal . The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
