The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services to seek design services for civil design necessary to complete the Ward Creek 747 Replacement project. The contractor will provide design services including road design and minor modifications to the horizontal and vertical alignments, analysis and design of traffic control measures, design of erosion and sediment control measures and narrative, utilities and geotechnical. Assistance will be provided for completion of the environmental document, Section 7 consultation and biological assessment, and the public involvement process. A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from November 1, 2022 to December 31, 2025. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
