There is No Federal Funding on This Project and No Fhwa Construction Oversight on This Project. This Project Has No Dbe Goal and No Trainee Goals. Achieve substantial completion for the entire project by April 30, 2023. Complete restoration behind the curbs within 21 days of the last concrete pour. Complete all punchlist work within 21 calender days of the punchlist letter.
