Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a.10:5-31 Et.seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27: 27. Bids Must Be Made on Standard Proposal Form in the Manner Designated Therein and Required by the Specifications, Must Be Enclosed in Accompanied by a Cashier's or Certified Check or a Bid Bond for Not Less Than 10% of the Amount Bid, but Not in Excess of $20,000.00, Drawn to the Order of Cape May County, and Be Delivered at the Place on or Before the Hour Named Above. There is No Federal Funding on This Project and No Fhwa Construction Oversight on This Project. This Project Has No Dbe Goal and No Trainee Goals. Achieve substantial completion for the entire project by April 30, 2023. Complete restoration behind the curbs within 21 days of the last concrete pour. Complete all punchlist work within 21 calender days of the punchlist letter.
