This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Jacksonville, Texas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
This project basically consists of the following: 2200 linear feet of 30" O ASTM F679 PS 115 PVC sewer pipe and 5000 linear feet of 24" O ASTM F679 PS 115 PVC sewer pipe. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount of not less thant five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the City of Jacksonville, Texas. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids may be held by the City of Jacksonville for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. The City of Jacksonville, Texas reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
