Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Lebanon, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The Project generally involves procurement and installation of furnishings, décor, and equipment for a renovated theater building including: concessions food equipment, concessions point of sale system, ticketing point of sale and self-serve systems, custom signage for lobby and concessions, theaterseating, theater lighting, audio/visual/specialties equipment (projector, screen, speakers, theater curtain, acoustical baffles, etc.), furnishings for Office and Green Room, an incline wheelchair lift, and other miscellaneous items. Contract will be awarded as a single lump sum agreement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding procedures. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Owner. This is a federally assisted project. Bidders and Contractors performing work under this advertisement are bound by the requirements of Presidents Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 109 of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; the Davis-Bacon Act; the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act; the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act; and Public Law 100 202. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders must comply with the following: the Presidents Executive Order #11246 prohibiting discrimination in employment regarding race, color, creed, sex, or national origin; the Presidents Executive Orders #12138 and 11625 regarding utilization of MBE/WBE firms; the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Davis-Bacon Act; and Section 436 of P. L. 113-76, American Iron and Steel. Bidders must certify that they do not or will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin. The Owner does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, 2.24343.1.
