Site work for a water / sewer project in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, full removal and recoating of the existing interior and exterior coating systems for the existing 1.0 MG Astle Street Elevated Water Storage tank in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. Work shall include: containment, paint removal and disposal, air quality monitoring, miscellaneous repairs and renovations, recoating the interior and exterior of the tank, coordination throughout the project with cellular companies, and appurtenant items. Additional scope items and details on the work to be performed are provided in the Contract Documents. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
