The City will use consultant services for water quality lab services. The consultant will provide a full range of professional services including but not necessarily limited to: o Water quality sampling, analysis, and timely results. o Provide on-site water sampling, holding, and transporting of samples to lab. o Electronic delivery of sampling results to SWRCB Division of Drinking Water and electronic delivery of sampling results to City of Woodland staff (in PDF, Excel, and CSV format). o Prompt notification of any sample results exceeding MCL, SMCL, and Notification Level based on California Regulations Related to Drinking Water. o Supplemental testing within the water distribution system or at the three aquifer storage and recovery wells as requested. o Provide full Title 22 water quality testing for new facilities including wells and tanks. o On-call water sampling as requested. Services are anticipated to be begin by January 1st 2023. It is the City's intent to utilize the services of the selected consultant from January 1st 2023 through December 31st 2027. The City intends to contract with one water quality consultant for all water quality testing services for the five-year period. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
