Yolo County Housing (YCH) is soliciting proposals from businesses (hereinafter referred to as contractors) to provide On Call Tree Trimming Services as specified in the statement/scope of Services. A summary of the required work is contained in the statement of work section of this Request for Proposal. Interested and qualified firms, including Section 3, Small, disabled-Veteran, Disadvantaged, Minority and Women owned business are invited to submit a proposal. Yolo County Housing reserves the right to issue a single contract, multiple contracts or to issue no contracts because of this RFP. The anticipated term of the Agreement is to be three (2) years from the executed date of the Agreement with a provision to extend up to an additional two (2) years. The YCH reserves the right to reject any or all proposals responses, waive any informality in the specifications or solicitations process, or to cancel in whole or in part this Request for Proposal if it is determined by the YCH that it is in the best interest of the YCH to do so. YCH reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in any proposal process, and to make an award, or multiple awards, of contract in any manner in which YCH, acting in the sole and exclusive exercise of its discretion, deems to be in YCHs best interest. The award of the contract will not necessarily be made to the firm offering the lowest price.
