The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide PHA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consulting Services. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all of the requirements and specifications outlined within the RFP in its entirety. Deadlines for Submitting Questions September 13, 2022 AT 4:00 P.M AHA anticipates that the proposed term for the proposed service will be for a period of three (3) years with the option, at the AHA's discretion, of two (2) additional oneyear option periods, for a maximum total of five (5) years. HUD mandates that an individual service contract may not exceed a five (5) year term with a Public Housing Authority. (Exception: Audit services cannot exceed three (3) year terms.) AHA may elect to initially contract for a shorter period of time, with or without extensions, not to exceed five (5) years total. The AHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the RFP process, or to terminate the RFP process at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, if deemed by the AHA to be in its best interests.
