Question Deadline: October 15 Bids shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders and Requirements for Bidders, the Bid Proposal Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit and Business Relationship Affidavit which are part of the complete bid package. The Bid Proposal Form must be completed, signed, and submitted in a sealed envelope for the bid to be valid. A 5% bid security in the form of a Bidder's Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check shall accompany the bid. Bids timely submitted at the Town of Arcadia Municipal Building shall be opened at the time stated above. Bids submitted after the stated opening date and time shall be considered invalid and returned to the bidder. All bids shall remain on file at least 48 hours before a Pricing Agreement/Contract shall be made.
