Provide all services, equipment, and materials necessary to perform a full rehabilitation of the service elevator at the Arcadia Lake Gate Tower in Edmond, Oklahoma. Work includes installation of a new Smartrise C4 nonproprietary elevator controller with solid state drive and VVVF control, new wiring throughout the system, new hoistway limit switches, new car top inspection station, new push/pull stop switch in the pit, new pit ladder, and replacement of corrosion-affected conduit and components in the hoistway. Existing car and lobby fixtures, car and hoistway doors, geared machine and motor, guide rails, entrance frames, platform, and car frame will be retained or refurbished as needed. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and inspections from the State of Oklahoma, City of Oklahoma City, or a third-party inspection firm. All work must comply with EM 385-1-1 safety standards and applicable federal, state, and local codes. The project is a turnkey contract and must be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
