Supercritical Water Oxidation Demonstration is a research project which includes the testing and demonstration of a Supercritical Water Oxidation (SCWO) pilot system for the treatment of wastewater residuals, biosolids and organic food waste slurries. The scope of services for this Project includes the site preparation work associated with the pilot and consists of the following work elements: General site work, including minor civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation. Coordination with the SCWO pilot facility supplier. The major process units for the pilot facility and odor control will be supplied, delivered, and placed on site by another contractor. Installation of office trailer, toilet, and handwashing station, and storage container. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered and qualified to perform public work under Labor Code section 1725.5 to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal for, or perform work on the Project. The Project shall be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1771.4.
