Visalia Parkway Widening at Mooney Boulevard Improvement Project The City of Visalia does not provide an Engineer's Estimate; however the total Project Budget is $3,500,000 which is an estimate of the total project delivery costs including, but is not limited to, construction (base bid plus all alternates), engineering design, construction support, city project management and administrative costs.
