COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984) - ALTERNATE I (APR 1984) The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 30 May 2023. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The completion date is based on the assumption that the successful offeror will receive the notice to proceed by 28 October 2022. The Contractor shall install a new play system (Rainbow Play System's Commercial model IDEA C (98C), provided as government-furnished property, currently unassembled and located at Orwell Dam Recreation Area. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all installation supporting tools, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation for performing all work as required. All work materials and services not expressly called for in the specifications or shown on the drawings, but which are necessary for completion of the contract requirements, shall be performed and furnished by the Contractor at no increase in cost to the Government. 1.2.
