A. Project No.: 593-22-102 NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and institutional Building Construction, $39.5M IAW FAR 36.204- Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $100,000 and $250,000. B. This is FFP construction. Offerors shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, and profit to provide walls and upgrade to access doors in Medical Center Building 1 and Administration Building 6. This will be a "Turn Key" installation and service that the contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, door accessories, equipment compatible with integration to existing Lenel Physical Access Control System (PACS), wall assembly, automatic door openers, supplies needed that will meet ADA and VA requirements IAW SOW. C. Place of Performance is at VA Medical Center North Las Vegas. (Please see section 1 of SOW.) D. The Government intends to award a task order without conducting discussions with offerors; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussion if later determined to be in the best interest of the Government. The basis of an award is a trade-off between non-price factors and price utilitzing the comparative analysis approach.
