Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in League City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project provides a storm water ponding benefit. It consists of installing 7 x3 to 5 x2 reinforced concrete boxes, 36 and 24 circular pipes, and storm inlets along N Wisconsin Avenue, Third Street, and Fourth Street. The storm boxes and pipes will convey storm water through a Trashtrooper for trash collection up to a wingwall that outfalls to Clear Creek. The existing roadway and appurtenances will be reconstructed and repaired to their original condition or better. The project also consists of pavement replacement, milling and overlaying of existing asphalt pavement, re-striping, and construction of sidewalks within Heritage Park.
