Site work for a water / sewer project in League City, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the rehabilitation of approximately 15,865 L.F. of existing 6" thru 12" sanitary sewer by pipe bursting, approximately 4,560 L.F. of existing 6" thru 18" sanitary sewer by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, and grout fill and abandonment of approximately 910 L.F. of existing 18" sanitary sewer. Sanitary sewer lines are located in Ellis Land Subdivision, Newport Subdivision, South Shore Harbour Subdivision, Bayou Brae Subdivision, FM 518, FM 2094, and Interurban St. in the City of League City. This project also includes rehabilitation of manholes, service reconnections, cleaning and television inspection, and all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the project. The Contractor will determine the number of calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion of the Work and indicate this in the Bid Proposal, including application of topsoil and seed mix, after the date when the Contract Time began, and 30 calendar days to achieve Final Completion and to meet all requirements for final payment.
