Site work for a water / sewer project in League City, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project will remove and replace existing storm sewer mains along Bayou Drive from approximately Viola Dr. to Woodwind Way and along Woodwind Way from Bayou Drive north (approx. 150'). Existing 24" storm main will be upsized to 30" or 36" RCP, existing inlets (8 total) will need to be investigated and modified as needed to allow for the full capture of road run-off during 1% exceedance events. Pavement along Bayou Drive and Woodwind Way within the project limits will need to be replaced as part of this project. Project scope should also include the design and construction of 1% exceedance overflow swales for Bayou Drive and Brae Lane - estimate a total of 3 will be needed. These swales will improve sheet flow into Robinson Gully just north and west of the subdivision. For these swales, it is anticipated that the acquisition of 10' to 20' wide drainage easement/ROW along property lines on Bayou Drive and Brae Lane will be needed. The construction cost estimate will be updated once design is further underway This project is in included in the City of League City FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan CIP. As of September 30, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
