As of December 2, 2022, project was awarded C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc., awarded amount is $3,496,703.54. The subject work consists of three projects under one Contract. The intent of the work is to install new mast arm traffic signals, widen roadway approaches to the intersections and mill and resurface, modify walkways, and construct new signing and marking at the following three intersections: County Road (CR) 283 at CR 30A, CR 83 at 30A, and MC Davis Blvd. at US 98 (SR 30). FDOT Permit 2020-A-390-00002 applies to the MC Davis project. Attendance will be confirmed via roll call at no later than 5 minutes after the designated start time and any Bidder not present for the roll call will not be eligible to bid on the project. Last date to submit questions is November 2nd, 2022, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to the Purchasing Manager. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the County Purchasing Manager through electronically.Questions must be submitted to purchasing no later than 12 o’clock noon on november 2, 2022. Only questions answered by Formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
