For Professional Architectural Services for Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood: Preservation, Restoration, Rehabilitation - Phase III NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of DeFuniak Springs is soliciting sealed proposals to provide Professional Architectural Services for a Special Category Grant from the State of Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources. Nine (9) bound copies, one (1) unbound original (total often [10] submissions), and one (1) electronic copy of the response shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly marked on the outside RFP No. 2022-01-GR Proposal for Architectural Services - Sealed Bid and addressed to Koby Townsend, City Clerk, City of DeFuniak Springs, 1350 Baldwin Avenue, PO Box 685, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433. All RFPs will be publicly opened and only the names of the Respondents will be disclosed. RFPs received after the assigned date and time will NOT be considered. All prospective Respondents are hereby instructed NOT to contact any member of the City of DeFuniak Springs, City Council, Interim City Manager, or City of DeFuniak Springs staff member other than the authorized City contact person identified in this solicitation, or the City's designated procurement staff member, regarding this solicitation package, or the Respondent's submittal package, Citys Intent to Award, or Citys Intent to Reject (if applicable) at any time prior to the FORMAL AWARD for this project.
