Replace Roofs at Agricultural Education Building and Renewable Resource Center This is a prevailing wage project. Replace existing roof at the Renewable Resources Center Building and Agricultural Education Building. Roof replacement should include provision for installation of a new fall protection system. Estimated Cost Range: $594,000 - $694,000 Liquidated Damages: $200/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability, and Builders Risk Insurance will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "May 22, 2023" and shall be fully complete by "August 31, 2023."
