This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Beaver Meadows, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
The Borough of Beaver Meadows will receive separate sealed bids for the pick-up and removal of trash within the Borough limits for the periods of one (1) year commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023; for three (3) years commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2025, and; five (5) years commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2027. Each bid shall be submitted according to the Borough Specifications pertaining to the pick-up and removal of all trash within the Borough limits which shall be supplied to all bidders. Said pick-ups are to encompass garbage, refuse and other rubbish related to the collection of garbage within the borough of all items of trash big and small unless otherwise limited by the Borough Council. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as the right to waive all information in amending a contract in the best interest of the Borough of Beaver Meadows.
