Removal of existing culverts and construction of new The work is generally described as follows: The work includes the removal of five (5) existing 48" culverts for the construction of six (6) 8' wide x 6' high pre-cast reinforced concrete box culverts including reinforced concrete headwall end treatments, inlet and outlet rip-rap erosion control and other related miscellaneous items. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of Public Bid Law. In accordance with L.R.S. 38:2212.B.(1), the provisions and requirements stated in the Bidding Documents shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waived.
