Renovation of a fire / police facility in Golden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Colorado Department of Public Safety (CDPS), Colorado State Patrol (CSP), is seeking qualified Offerors for the Walk - In Cooler Replacement The work within this project is to remove an existing walk-in cooler unit and replace with a new walk-in cooler unit per the manual and drawings attached from 360 Engineering. Alternate units will be considered if lead times of specified units are extreme; however, alternates must meet all standards of the specified unit and be approved by CDPS and 360 Engineering. Quote must include removal and disposal of refrigerant, dismantling of existing walk-in, dismantling of current roofed cover, removal of all trash, including a final cleanup once all work is completed and approved.
